Overview

1Starting Point

L.TXT already had a corporate website, but the design was outdated and did not reflect the company's positioning as a modern and dynamic service provider. Additionally, the search engine ranking was poor, with the site appearing far behind competitors in Google search results. A new corporate website with a custom design was needed.

2Our Approach

We scrutinized well-ranked competitor websites, analyzing their structure, content, and keywords. Based on these findings, we developed an entirely new homepage for L.TXT. This new site ranks significantly better on Google than the original, leading to increased traffic and customer inquiries.

L.TXT faced the exciting challenge of revolutionizing its online presence with a website that was not only representative and informative but also visually stunning. The first step on this journey was the creation of a detailed specification document. This document served as a guide for unfolding our vision, laying the foundation for developing breathtaking visual solutions that would elevate L.TXT's corporate design to a whole new level.
Solution
Our team assembled a comprehensive graphics package that included a new logo, a selection of images or illustrations, color schemes, and fonts. Following this, we designed a user-friendly User Interface (UI) and a modern User Experience (UX) for the website. These strategic steps led to a strong online presence and offered a clear, visually appealing representation of the company.

User-Friendliness
The website must be intuitively navigable so that visitors can quickly and easily access information. This includes logical content structuring, clear menu navigation, and fast loading times.

Setting up clear, intuitive navigation with a well-visible and appealing menu bar. Use of breadcrumbs to improve orientation on the website.

The website must be equally well-displayed and usable on various devices (desktop, tablet, smartphone) to appeal to a broad audience.

Utilizing responsive frameworks to ensure the website looks and functions well on all devices. Carrying out regular tests on different devices and screen sizes.

As a global service provider, L.TXT should offer the option to present the website in multiple languages to attract international customers.

Utilizing a Content Management System (CMS) with multilingual support, such as WordPress with WPML (WordPress Multilingual Plugin).

Your website should be optimized for search engines to ensure excellent discoverability. This includes meaningful and relevant keywords, metadata, and an SEO-friendly URL structure.
Solution
Structuring content with relevant keywords embedded in headings, meta descriptions, and the body text. Use of SEO plugins or tools to analyze and optimize website content.

Security
The website must meet current security standards to ensure the protection of sensitive data. This involves secure data transmission (SSL encryption), regular updates, and backups.
Solution
Implementing an SSL certificate with automatic renewal to encrypt data transmission. Regular updates of the CMS, plugins, and themes to prevent security vulnerabilities. Set up automatic backups to an external storage location.

Various contact options such as a contact form, email address, and possibly a chatbot should be provided to facilitate communication with customers.

Solution
Compliance with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) through high-contrast color schemes, use of alt texts for images, and implementation of ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) labels. Checking accessibility using specialized tools and adjustments based on their recommendations.

Design Creation

The customer desired attractive corporate branding for their website. We created a logo, designed colors and typography, and then developed the website.

Logo & Branding

The L.TXT logo was inspired by Japanese minimalism and calligraphy. It was important to include all the letters of L.TXT in the logo without making it look cluttered. The foundation was formed by Japanese Kanji ideograms, which symbolize various concepts.

Colors

For the L.TXT website, a blue color palette was chosen because blue is associated with trust, stability, and professionalism. The various shades from dark blue to light blue convey a sense of reliability and seriousness, which is of great importance to the company.

Iconography

We developed graphic icons to represent various business sectors and service areas. These two-dimensional icons carry strong symbolic meaning and are easily recognizable, emphasizing L.TXT's customer-centric approach.

To give the website a dynamic and modern touch, we animated some elements. The animations on the website add movement and a contemporary look, enhancing the user experience.
